Ways for a masochist to relieve her immediate anger?

i get angry, i hurt myself. (no i never cut) it's a release for those of you who don't understand. i need something that i will do as an immediate reaction when i get angry. counting, breathing, etc, doesn't help.|||I highly suggest either counseling, therapy, or if you want to avoid those options, either buy or create a punching bag of some sort. That way, instead of inflicting harm on yourself, you inflict harm on an object that won't be destroyed.|||Pushups work for me. Just go until you can't anymore. Anger goes away...it comes back, then do more pushups.
