Can a furnished house be an immediate vacant possession?|||The MLS listing forms have boxes to check. Sometimes when these appear on a form, they seem confusing. Immediate Possession means that you can move in today. The house can be made ready immediately.
Furnished could mean that the house is priced to include the furniture, so yes you could move in immediately. If you don't like the furniture, sell it.
Vacant means that no one is living there today.
Open fire place has to be vented to the outside but it could be a pipe instead of a chimney. Unless the open fireplace is outdoors on the patio, then it has no chimney or pipe.
