What happens In Mexico if you need immediate medical help but lack the ability to pay do they turn you away?

How does it work over there, if you have no money or insurance , I mean no anything, but need immediate medical attention, do they turn you away because of your inability to pay and you are illegal there as well ?|||also try demanding your rights as a human being , like they do here ,33 million a month spent in L.A. county alone|||If you go to school there you have to speak spanish.

|||In Mexico, there are no real hospitals just clinicias which are little more than first aid stations run by volunteers. You have to bribe the policeia to get through the front door. Usually twenty dollars will do it.|||That is why it is best to purchase private health insurance that is good in a foreign country. I think you will be treated if you have this extra coverage. Otherwise, you are out of luck.|||In a private hospital the principle is no money, no treatment. u might get help in a government hospital|||Scary thought
