Is there a law against a correction officer seeing the immediate family of a inmate in California?

I have a brother in prison in California and a uncle who is a correction officer in California and I guess theirs a law against him seeing any immediate family of Inmates but their not in the same prison so I dont understand Why I cant see my own uncle so is there a law against him seeing me|||It's not a law, it's likely a policy that he has to follow to keep his job.
