If I have dogs and the lease states it immediate grounds for termination and we just signed?

Okay we have 2 small pit bull pups the landlord came by today to do an appraisal and i hurried and took the dogs with me in the car and the dog igloo was still in the back yard they saw it. We just signed a lease the lease states that if pit bull found on premises be immediate grounds for termination if we get terminated will they give us the money back that we paid for rent this month?|||No, you would lose that money. |||out every dime. Sorry.|||You probably forfeit anything you've paid so far.

WHY would you be KNOWINGLY LIE? What kind of person are you?|||Well, they saw the igloo, that means they know a dog is there. Not necessarily a pit bull. However if they do discover a pit bull, then they won't give you back your money because you are in breach of your lease. |||Unfortunately you'd be out the money because you knowingly violated the terms of the lease.

Best thing to do is, tell them what's up and ask if there is some way it can be worked out. If they say no (which they probably won't, if you ask them correctly), then ask at least if you can rent the place while you look for another one.
