If im selling an item on ebay and require immediate payment, Could the buyer file a dispute?

Lets say im selling an item on ebay. The Buyer decided to buy it now. However i required that any buyers using the Buy it now feature make an immediate payment via Pay-pal. My question is on weather the buyer could open a dispute if the funds have already been transferred into my bank account. and weather im forced to pay the item back?|||Of course the buyer can file a dispute if the item received is alot different or broken.|||Well no they cant, unless they pay for the item and you don't send it within 10days then they can file a dispute with paypal and get their money back. and in some cases you can get a fine and/or kicked off ebay!!!|||If you have that listed on the auction page then there is nothing that they can say. There is a way that you can put this right under the buy it now link but I have never used it.|||no..he cannot file a dispute because he should have already known that you require that any buyers using the Buy it now feature make an immediate payment via Pay-pal|||No.........as long as u posted the item as immediate payment he cannot file a claim regarding payment|||why not ask the ppl of ebay?
