How can I spend overnite visits with my bf in prison when only immediate family members are allowed to do so?

My boyfriend is locked up in North kern state prison, but only immediate family members can make the overnight visit. What to do???|||Try talking to is lawyer or get him to tell the guards that your is fiance.
