How to advertise a job that offers no immediate monetary compensation?

I am starting an editorial publication that will require the help of a team of people willing to put forth effort to work without immediate monetary compensation, including myself. I am really just counting on people who want to strengthen their portfolios and/or resumes during college (I am also a college student) until we are able to pay ourselves. Craigslist will not allow advertisements for job opportunities that do not offer pay. Does anyone else know where I could post this opportunity for free?|||Maybe there is a category for people joining groups, societies. It's not a job if there's no pay. It's more a voluntary organisation. Also you are rather looking for investors - someone has to pay the printer! I'm not familiar with the categories on Craigslist. So there you have: societies, volunteers and investors.
