Who is considered immediate family by Georgia driving law?
I live in georgia and im 16. I was just wondering who is considered in my "immediate family" b/c we have a foreign exchange student. Is she?|||No, she's not. But, your great great great grandma is....|||Immediate family means someone that you are related to. She is not immediate family because you are not related to each other or you are not kin to each other. She is only a resident in your home and a dependent of your family. Immediate family can include an aunt, uncle, mother, father, sister, brother, grandmother, grandfather. Anyone else outside of the family relationship is only considered to be a resident if they are living in that household with you. |||Mother, Father, Grandparents and siblings I believe|||Nope................not related to you.
